	SHIPPING POLICY: All packages will ship UPS Ground Service except for Textilene 90 120" and Textilene 95 which will be shipped by LTL carrier. We only ship within the Continental U.S.
	DELIVERY: Full rolls and cut-to-length fabric normally ship within (1) to (3) business days from time of order. Custom panels generally ship within one week.

RETURNS: We will accept returns for unopened full rolls only. The customer is responsible

for the cost of shipping the product to us as well as the cost we incured to ship it to you and

also subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please call us at 602-548-8987 for authorization before

shipping product back. The item(s) must arrive back to us in sellable condition or we will not

issue credit. Custom panels and cut-to-length fabric are not returnable.

CANCELLATION FOR FULL ROLLS: If the product has not shipped we will gladly

cancel your order and refund your money. If it has we will discuss having you refuse shipment

and then having you pay for shipping costs incurred.

CANCELLATION FOR CUT TO LENGTH FABRIC and CUSTOM PANELS:

Because we typically start on your order the day we receive it, we do not allow cancellations so

please choose what you want carefully before ordering.
