We offer custom (rectangle and square) shade panels & tarps made with Super Screen, Textilene® 80%, Textilene® 90%, and Coolaroo Commercial 95 Shade Fabric.

Pricing:

• Super Screen - $1.25 per square foot (fabric used).
  
• 80% - $1.50 per square foot (fabric used).
  
• 90% - $2.00 per square foot (fabric used).
  
• Commercial 95 - $2.00 per square foot (fabric used) with 2” reinforcement webbing sewn in sides.

All sides are hemmed with commercial grade fabric welder on Textilene® panels and sewn with ultra durable Tenara® thread on Commercial 95 panels. Panels can be configured to have pockets (for pipe) or spline in lieu of hems at no additional charge.
Typical welded hems are 1 ¼”and sewn hems are 2” wide.

Maximum panel sizes are 18’ X 30’ for Commercial 95 and 8' X 20' for the Textilene fabrics. Depending on panel size, choice of fabric and roll widths available, seams may be required. We will use the widest fabric available to eliminate seams whenever possible.

Shipping charges are determined by size, weight and destination. All panels with Commercial 95 fabric will be folded and boxed and shipped UPS Ground, which reduces shipping charges. Textilene panels up to 96" wide will be shipped UPS ground while larger panels will be shipped by freight truck and can cost from $125 up depending on location. We ship Textilene panels rolled up and don’t recommend folding because of permanent wrinkling that may occur.
